COMMISSIONS

1. The client provides detailed description of what is required to be drawn + references if necessary.

2. Payment (only via PayPal or Ko-fi) should be upfront before the commision starts.

3. After the payment the client will receive a sketch to approve. If it gets rejected I will ask for a more detailed description of what is required and try again. I will make a maximum of 3 attempts to get an approval. If the client rejects all 3 sketches, they will receive 50% of the commision fee back, and the commision will be closed. (You can see average quality of sketches below)

4. After the payment, I will have 4 weeks to finish the drawing (+ time I had to wait for the commisioner to accept the sketch. If I can't meet the deadline, the client can request a full refund.

1. Payment and fees: payment should be upfront before the commission is started. Payment can be done via PayPal or Ko-fi.

2. Deadline: set by default to 4 weeks upon payment unless decided otherwise (+time I have to wait for client's approval since I can't proceed further with the drawing until the sketch is approved).

3. Refunds: Full refunds are possible when the client requests it before I start sketching or if I miss the deadline. 50% refunds are possible if the client rejects 3 sketches.

5. Revisions: Revisions and changes should be requested during the sketch process. I will only make small adjustments after delivering the finished artwork.

7. Copyright license: Within a personal use license, the individual commissioning the artwork is granted permission to exclusively use the copyrighted piece for personal purposes. This includes displaying the commission in their personal surroundings, sharing it on non-monetized websites and social media platforms, using it as a profile picture, printing the artwork, and asserting ownership rights over the characters depicted (though not the artwork itself). Additionally, the individual can employ the art for self-promotion, provided proper credit is given to the artist.

7. Commercial rights: Commercial rights, granted through a commercial-use license, provides the client with the authority to utilize the commissioned artwork for activities that generate profits, as outlined in the license terms.

-The basic license permits usage in products where the art plays a secondary role, such as book covers, posters, game assets, and website graphics.

-The merch license allows for usage on products where the artwork is a primary focus, including keychains, pillows, covers, and designs for t-shirts.
